The Batters Box hitting clinics will provide an opportunity for quality repetitions. Our coaches select targeted drills that can be taken-away to help self-teach players as they work on their own.
Hitters need to develop and maintain good mechanics as your competition level rises. Having a sound approach at the plate (mental and physical) will allow you to compete and have success as you progress. Every hitter is unique and we celebrate that individual’s style. However, there are a number of patterns and mechanics that elite hitters have in common because they help to promote swing efficiency, effectiveness, timing, rhythm and power. They help to achieve more success and give the hitter an opportunity to compete, no matter what that pitcher brings to the table.

I hereby authorize representatives of the Lumley School of Baseball Inc to act for me in any emergency involving myself, or the participant identified on this form. I hereby waive, release, absolve and agree to hold harmless Lumley School of Baseball Inc and their representatives, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries arising out of mine or my child’s participation in the above described baseball clinic, camp or lesson. Further, I understand that attending camps, clinics and lessons of this kind can be dangerous and that my child or I may be injured while participating. I accept full responsibility for any and all costs arising out of injuries incurred during participation in this camp, clinic or lesson and acknowledge that the participant is attending at his or her own risk.
