- CPR & AED certified -Canadian Red Cross
- 2+ years of personal training and rehab alternative training
- 12+ years of athletic/ exercise training through a variety of sports and levels
- Martial Arts - Snowboarding
- Hockey - Etc.
- 4 Years NCAA Scholarship Athlete DII Baseball– Mercyhurst/Gannon University
- 2 years in the OUA – Western University
