2020 Spring Speed and Agility-Tuesdays
SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING
The speed and agility training program is a staple to any athlete trying to gain a competitive edge! This is not just an hour full of running drills. This 8-week program will assess, breakdown and re-educate the athlete to maximize speed and agility on the field or court!
Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, this program is tailored to anyone wanting to get faster. It is a hands-on, informational program that will take your current movement, speed and agility and assess it, break it down, teach it, program it and ultimately lead to a FASTER you!
All areas of speed such as lateral and linear acceleration, cutting, top end speed, deceleration, reacceleration and power will be addressed throughout this 8-weeks. As an athlete you will also be able to take what you’ve learned during this program and implement it through all aspects of your sport, regardless of the level.
