High Intensity Interval Training!
High Intensity Interval Training is an 8-week no nonsense program designed to push your limits. This program consist of weekly 45 minute sessions comprised of quick, intense burst of exercises followed by selectively timed active, recovery periods.
The sole intent of these workouts is to increase the bodies metabolic rate, burn calories and shed body fat during and up to 72 hours after leaving the gym! Studies have shown that performing H.I.I.T workouts 1-3 days per week can burn more fat and increase cardiovascular function and ability more efficiently than steady state cardio.
H.I.I.T workouts can be modified for people of all fitness levels! It doesn’t matter if youre new to the gym or a seasoned vet. The only comparison that goes on here is between yourself from the day you started and after the 8-week program!

Spring Dates (Saturdays): March 21, 28 April 4, 11, 18,
I hereby authorize representatives of the Lumley School of Baseball Inc to act for me in any emergency involving myself, or the participant identified on this form. I hereby waive, release, absolve and agree to hold harmless Lumley School of Baseball Inc and their representatives, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries arising out of mine or my child’s participation in the above described baseball clinic, camp or lesson. Further, I understand that attending camps, clinics and lessons of this kind can be dangerous and that my child or I may be injured while participating. I accept full responsibility for any and all costs arising out of injuries incurred during participation in this camp, clinic or lesson and acknowledge that the participant is attending at his or her own risk. *
